Visitor Waiver & Release of Liability

We are looking forward to your visit at Murtagh’s Organic Farm and we hope you have a great experience and family day out. 

It is important to be aware of the dangers and hazards of visiting a working farm and the unpredictability of animals.

• We ask that you do not feed the animals and be aware that any animal can bite or kick.  

• As it is a farm, the ground can be uneven and we ask that you take care while visiting us.

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Dogs are not allowed to be brought to the farm on your visit.

• Please do not chase the animals as this can scare them. 

• We often take photographs of visitors interacting with our animals and these photos may appear on our website or social media.

• Please be sure to wear appropriate clothes and shoes. 

• This is a working farm so watch your step!!

Waiver

When you attend the farm, it shall be assumed that have, on behalf of your party, accepted and agreed to the following waiver:

"I wish to visit and/or participate in activities on Murtagh’s Organic Farm, Castlegaddery, Emper, Co. Westmeath, N91KW82.  I understand that I do so at my own risk.  I hereby release and waive all claims against Murtagh’s Organic Farm and any entities affiliated with the foregoing liability for any and all loss, damage, injuries, claims, expenses and any other liability of any kind, of or to me or any other person, directly or indirectly arising out of, or in connection with my visit or participation in any activity. "
