Meet the Animals
If you come across an injured animal that needs help or want to surrender an animal contact us. We do not take house pets as we are a working farm and having our animals in their natural habit as it is very important.

The Clondalkin 15
The Clondalkin 15 got their name as they were baby chicks rescued from Clondalkin in 2021 when a new trend on tic toc saw day old chicks being taken from their mothers for social media. Hundreds of chicks across Ireland were surrendered in a bid to stop this new craze. We hand raised them and they are now fully grown. They love to wander around the farm and love to visit the streams. We plan to build a pond and hope this year brings common sense as ducks are not meant as an accessory and they do not do well on their own let alone in a bedroom.

Muscovy Duck

Lilly & Lady
Lilly & Lady are mother & daughter who were rescued in early December from the ISPCA when Lady was just 6 months old. They didn't even know Lilly was pregnant as she was in such poor condition. They are now settling into the farm and love having the freedom of the fields. They come in every night as they also love their comfort. We are currently fundraising to build a proper stables for them and also to take in a few more. If you would like to help please contact us.

They love a treat of barley

Out having a chat!

Our crazy goats!!
If you are familiar with goats they are the funniest and most mischievous animals you can have. I love them 😍 We got them from a factory that was closing down. Initially they were afraid of grass and wouldn't leave their pen. Now we spend our time trying to keep them in😂

They love to climb

Shambo Hens
The Shamo chicken is a hard feathered Asiatic Game breed originating in Japan. The Shamo chicken was developed mainly for using as a fighting bird. The breed was imported into many countries mainly for this reason.
When we got the 2 hens and the cockerel it was clear they had been through many fights. They have a lot of feathers missing and wounds that needed to heal, they were also very underweight. They wouldn’t leave the hen house but 2 months later they are quite happy to wonder around. Their feathers have grown back and they are a beautiful bird.
